Master in “Contemporary Thought and classical tradition” (Philosophy Faculty, University of Barcelona).

Trainer in Neuro-linguistic Programming (PNL) and authorised by the Spanish Association for Neuro-linguistic Programming (AEPNL). He holds a postgraduate degree in Neuroscience (NMS) and a postgraduate degree in Clinical Psychopathology from the University of Barcelona.

Expert in Emotional Intelligence with the Mercury Human Growth Institute.

A current collaborator with programs such as L’ofici de viure (Catalunya Ràdio), Versió Rac 1 (Rac 1) and 8 al día (8tv). He has also collaborated with the newspaper El País Semanal (Infopsico section).
